What is the average delivery time of my order?

What are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs depend on the size and weight of your order. The exact shipping costs are automatically calculated during the checkout process.

Guarantee & Retour

Do you also offer a guarantee?

Our products have a warranty according to the factory warranty period. Any defects or incorrectly delivered products must be reported in writing within 4 weeks The warranty does not apply to incorrect use, own repairs or exposure to abnormal circumstances. Can I return my order?

After receiving your order you have 14 days to return your product.

With a correct return shipment you will receive the full order amount back. However, the return costs of your address to our web store are for your own account.

How do you return a product?

  • Contact us via info@havenspecialist.nl to register your return.
  • Make sure the product is returned in the original packaging and in undamaged condition.
  • After receiving and checking your return, we will deposit the purchase amount back within 14 days.

Note: Custom products cannot be returned.
